salam,
saya mencari rumah yg hendak dilelong @jual dekat area ampang,Kg pandan,Pandan jaya,pandan Indah pandan Perdana dan shamelin perkasa.anggaran tidak lebih 230k (kalau ada yang murah lagi bagus) apartment condo atau teres. kalau apartment/condo tak nak atas2 kurang dari tingkat 10.So kalau ade tolong emailkan info kepada saya Email:deanzack@gmail.com.

kalau rumah lelong RM195K...anggaran cash perlu ada seperti berikut :

1. Bank Draft (10%) = RM19.5k
2. Lawyer Fee = RM12K

Kalau monthly payment pada 90% harga rumah = RM800++

p/s : semua tu anggaran ..tapi rasa tak jauh lari
